Prawns Fry - Malabar Style





Ingredients

  • 1Cup Prawns
  • 1Tsp Ginger crushed
  • 1Tsp Garlic crushed
  • 1/4Tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4Tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1/2Tsp Coriander powder
  • 1Tsp Red chilly powder
  • 1/2Cup Onion
  • 3Numbers Green Chilly
  • 1Spring  Curry leaves
  • 2Tbspn Coconut oil
  • 1/2-1Cup Water
  •  Salt

Instructions

Take cleaned prawns in an earthen pan. To this add crushed ginger, garlic, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, coriander powder, chilly powder and salt. Mix well. Pour one cup of water and mix well. Close the lid and allow it to cook in a medium flame.

Heat oil in a pan. Roast green chilly, onion and curry leaves. Transfer cooked prawns to it. Stir well and allow it to dry.

Now our tasty Malabar style prawn fry is ready to serve. Serve hot. Enjoy!!!
